As a member of the RDQ team, you are recognized as the operational expert in key process unit operations. You lead the execution of experiments and trials necessary for process design and deployment in innovation, growth, and productivity projects across multiple geographies.

How you will contribute

You will oversee the implementation of process trials in pilot plants, factories, and with suppliers, applying your operational expertise in specific process unit operations. You will also assist in resource planning, including coordination with external agencies. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential, as you will create technical reports analyzing results and providing recommendations. Additionally, you will develop and maintain precise process specifications and contribute to intellectual property creation to support our competitive edge.
