• 7+ years of pharmacy experience, with 4+ in a supervisory role.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy; MBA a plus.
• Commitment to ethical practices and patient advocacy.
