A leading global science company in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Personalization Manager to oversee the development and optimization of personalized digital experiences. The role involves managing a team, developing strategies to enhance user engagement, and collaborating with multiple departments. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Adobe Target and a strong analytical mindset. Act as a subject matter expert in support of Avantor’s strategies, supplier relationships and project management. Lead a team of IT Project/Vendor Management professionals to deliver strategic outcomes. Oversee and manage vendor performance. Manage issue escalation and vendor performance. Responsible for development, implementation, coordination and communication of regional and national projects. May provide oversight to lower-level supervisor(s).
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Personalization Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of personalized digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and growth. This role will oversee a team of personalization coordinators and collaborate cross-functionally with Web, Content, Design, Demand Generation, and Analytics teams to deliver dynamic, audience-specific experiences across the digital ecosystem.
Part of the Demand Generation & Marketing Automation team, this role requires hands-on experience with Adobe Target and a strong understanding of personalization strategy, testing methodologies, and performance optimization.
