About The Role

Legal Management Group is a leading personal injury law firm committed to client care and results. We are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager - a highly organized case manager to join our Case Management Department and support the coordination of medical treatment and documentation for personal injury clients. This is a remote, full-time role that requires strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage client care with empathy and precision.

Ideal candidates will have a background in healthcare, case management, or a medical degree, and fluency in English and Spanish. You’ll be a key player in managing client recovery, supporting legal strategy with strong documentation, and ensuring each case moves forward smoothly and efficiently.

To support transparency, productivity, and alignment across our remote team, you will use Time Doctor to track work hours, tasks, and performance. This helps ensure a structured workflow and team-wide accountability.

Here’s a peek at what you’ll be up to:

1. Client Liaison and Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding treatment schedules, progress updates, and general support.
  • Coordinate medical appointments, transportation, and specialist referrals to ensure timely care.

2. Medical Records & Documentation

  • Request, track, and organize medical records, imaging, and provider reports.
  • Create summaries and documentation that support case progression and legal review.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files using tools like Filevine and Google Suite.

3. Care Management & Communication

  • Monitor treatment progression and follow up with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Liaise with legal teams, providers, and insurance companies to align treatment details with case strategy.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all case documentation meets legal, insurance, and firm-wide compliance standards.
  • Prepare medical reports and case updates for attorneys, paralegals, and HR when required.

5. Productivity Monitoring

  • Use Time Doctor to log hours, tasks, and case activity.
  • Support firm-wide goals by adhering to performance expectations and helping identify process improvements.

What We’re Looking For Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in case management, healthcare coordination, or administrative support in medical or legal settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple active cases simultaneously.
  • Proficient with case management platforms (Filevine preferred) and collaboration tools such as Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, remote environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic and clear communication to clients
  • Prior experience working at a personal injury law firm or in insurance/medical documentation.

Education

  • Medical degree (MD) or formal healthcare background.

Why Join Legal Management Group?

  • Make an Impact: Help injured clients access timely care and contribute to positive case outcomes.
  • Growth Opportunities: Learn, grow, and build a long-term career with mentorship and professional development.
  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere while being supported by a collaborative and highly engaged team.
  • Bonuses & Incentives: Earn monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year bonuses for performance and contribution.
  • Supportive Culture: Join a firm that values compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
