At EON ASSETS, a high-performance hedge fund with offices in NYC, Mexico, and Dubai, we’re searching for a professional who can help our team unlock their highest potential — emotionally, mentally, and strategically.

Inspired by the performance psychology models used in elite finance and athletics, we are hiring a Performance & Mindset Coach to join our leadership circle.

What you’ll do:

1. Work 1:1 with team members to overcome emotional blocks, mental fatigue, and cognitive stress.
2. Lead internal workshops on focus, resilience, and mental clarity under pressure.
3. Advise our CIO and team leaders on interpersonal dynamics, leadership growth, and decision-making alignment.
4. Help shape the internal culture of discipline, clarity, and high performance.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or Human Development.
• Executive coaching certification (ICF or similar).
• Experience working with CEOs, athletes, traders, or fast-paced teams.
• Full fluency in Spanish and English.
• Discretion, emotional intelligence, and strength of character.
