CHRISTUS Excellence and Innovation Center in Monterrey seeks a hands-on professional to monitor operational metrics and sustain Performance Excellence initiatives across ministries.

You will analyze data, review processes, lead cross‑functional improvement projects, and communicate insights to leaders to support informed decisions. A Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field and advanced English are required; familiarity with MS Office and project tools is essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced English.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies and develop data‑driven recommendations.
  • Coordinate and monitor projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP methodologies.
  • Escalate deviations from One CHRISTUS standards when not resolved by initial action.
  • Communicate process improvement initiatives and engage stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Descripción del empleo

This role is responsible for monitoring key operational metrics and supporting the sustainment of Performance Excellence initiatives across ministries. It is a hands‑on position that leverages data analysis, process reviews, and system knowledge to identify performance risks, apply critical thinking to understand root causes, recommend corrective actions to return facilities to sustainment, and elevate deviations from One CHRISTUS standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies and support the development of data‑driven recommendations.
  • Coordinate and monitor key projects, applying project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support process alignment, improve communication, and contribute to shared operational objectives.
  • Support leaders by providing accurate operational data, reports, and analytical insights to facilitate informed decision‑making.
  • Participate in process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement activities using Lean and other operational excellence tools.
  • Escalates deviations from One CHRISTUS standards that are not resolved through initial corrective action to the appropriate leadership level for further review and intervention.
  • Communication: Effectively communicates process improvement initiatives and engages stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Self‑Management: Demonstrates accountability, organization, and adaptability in managing multiple improvement initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Applies data‑driven methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Leadership: Leads cross‑functional teams and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma
Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
  • Advanced English
Experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
