The Opportunity
The WFM Business Support Sr Analyst will support the global WFM frontline experience, in partnership with the sector-based process leads, to guarantee business continuity and compliance of pay practices and policies for the sector as part of the day-to-day operation in the ongoing transformation to implement UKG Dimensions Globally. This role will serve as a first line of support for the business, providing initial triage and support as a fronting with the business users, and where applicable create a ticket requirement to the corresponding Delivery & Configuration teams, including the follow up of the configuration and testing and final notification to the end user. This role would have multiple positions that will be dedicated initially to specific sectors (LATAM, US Foods and US Beverages) due to the differences in pay policies, systems and processes, yet aiming to eventually be multi-sector enable as standardization is achieved. The main purpose is to work across multiple sector teams in North America & LATAM to guarantee no impact on day-to-day payroll processes as part of the inputs provided by the WFM platform.
