Role Summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced People Experience (HR) Program Manager to join our team in Mexico. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing employee experience programs and initiatives while also overseeing internal communications to employees on related topics. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in program management and internal communications.

This role will support a global team and requires the ability to work across different time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Experience Program Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage PX programs and initiatives that support Milestone’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with PX team members and other departments globally to ensure alignment and integration of programs across the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding PX programs and policies.
  • Promote our values by encouraging teamwork, continuous learning, and leveraging diverse perspectives.

Internal Communications:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to keep employees informed and engaged on people experience-related topics.
  • Create and distribute clear, concise, and compelling communications through various channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal communications related to PX, ensuring consistency and accuracy of messaging.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure communications are integrated with broader company communications.
  • Deliver communications with a sense of urgency and innovation, anticipating and addressing employee needs.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture:
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and PX programs.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys, badges and awards programs
  • Partner with leadership and employees to identify and address areas for improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
  • Actively practice learning and transformation to continuously improve our culture and engagement.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all people experience programs and communications comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay current on best practices and trends in the field, incorporating them into programs and communications as appropriate.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively address them to ensure compliance and best practices.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources program management and internal communications.
    Strong understanding of Human Resources principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
  • Experience with employee engagement tools and metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and communication tools.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development is a plus.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing communications across different time zones and cultures.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
