The Role
The MaryRuth’s People Experience Manager is dedicated to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace. The PX Manager serves as a trusted advisor for employee relations and performance management initiatives, ensuring our team’s experience reflects the MaryRuth’s core values and commitment to employee well-being. This position will also be pivotal in maintaining compliance with local employment laws and optimizing our engagement strategies across diverse regions. This role will report to the People Experience Director and is a full-time (40 hr/wk), salaried, remote position. The compensation range for this role is MXN 480,000 to 600,000 per year.
