The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, advanced database management skills, and a track record in training within FMCG settings. You will be critical in implementing strategic learning initiatives that drive organizational success.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training or capability development.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Access, or similar database management tools.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG environments preferred.

• Design and structure the annual training curriculum.
• Lead change management for implementing digital tools.
• Facilitate and deliver training sessions.
