Mondelez México seeks a senior marketing leader to design and deploy an integrated, multi-year marketing capability strategy that fuels growth and differentiates the portfolio. You will partner with regional teams and digital leads to standardize playbooks and scale programs across the organization.

You bring leadership in brand, category, and innovation management, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to navigate international structures while driving tangible capabilities and results.

Formación

• Marketing leader with diverse experience in brand/category/innovation management at a leadership level
• Ability to lead and challenge the status quo
• Analytical with sound judgment to improve delivery
• Experience navigating international structures and cross-region processes
