Mondelez International is seeking a Manager, Marketing Excellence, Creative Excellence in Santa Fe, Mexico. You will design and deploy a multi-year marketing capability strategy and lead the rollout of the marketing playbook across regions.

You will partner with digital leads and regional teams to scale platforms, drive growth, and standardize processes while navigating diverse work cultures in an international environment.

Formación

• Marketing practitioner with diverse experience in brand, category, innovation or other marketing disciplines at leadership level.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and influence across teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong analytical judgement.
