A leading electronics company in Tijuana is seeking a PCB Design Engineer with extensive experience in CAD software. The role involves coordinating design activities, mentoring team members, and engaging with customers to meet their PCB design requirements. Candidates should have a technical degree and strong proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro.

Formación

• 7.5+ years of experience using CAD software.
• Total experience of 10+ years in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate quoting and scheduling activities for PCB Design.
• Research and implement new CAD tools.
• Provide team and project leadership.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of Altium Designer

Knowledge of Cadence Allegro

Advanced proficiency in English

Educación

Associates or Technical Degree

Mentor Graphics PADS certification

IPC CID or IPC CID+ certification

Additional functions:

• Coordinate quoting and scheduling activities required to complete the PCB Design.
• Process engineering change orders.
• Research and implement new and advanced CAD tools.
• Work with customers to understand requirements regarding PCB design.
• Provide team and project leadership.

Experience:

• Associates or Technical Degree.
• Knowledge of Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro.
• Mentor Graphics PADS certification; IPC CID or IPC CID+ preferred.
• Create new or modified designs for PCBAs.
• Develop project proposals and cost estimates.
• 7.5+ years of experience using CAD software.
• Total experience of 10+ years in related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
