Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance for hardware and software systems. You will diagnose issues, respond to users, and escalate where needed, supporting both internal and external clients of company-hosted solutions.

The role requires 2-3 years in technical support, Spanish language, and English reading proficiency, with travel around 5% and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Onsite work at Regal Rexnord offices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or a similar role.
• Experience providing hardware and software support to end users.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware, software, and related systems.
• Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and elevate technical issues as needed.
• Experience managing and following up on Help Desk tickets and incident reports.
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure and ability to identify potential upgrades or improvements.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Position Summary

Responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes trouble shooting, fault rectification and problem escalation. Provides effective and timely resolution of users' problems, queries or complaints. Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
