Job summary

Forvia Mexico in Silao seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to support recruitment, performance reviews, job descriptions, and labor law compliance. You will coordinate events, administer personnel services, and manage budgets within Faurecia HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Faurecia HR, strong English skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to help drive global mobility leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Industrial Relations.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Faurecia HR processes.
