The Colleague Experience Group (CEG), formerly known as Human Resources, seeks to provide a great colleague
experience every day.
We are looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team, leading key processes for the LAC region, and supporting the ongoing strategic transformation of the team, focused on improving end-to-end servicing experience.

How will you make an impact in this role?
Main responsibilities:
· Execute Payroll Tax and Regulatory processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting and payment to the local authorities.
· Lead reporting and payment of regulatory and tax obligations (e.g., ISN, ISR, SS). Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to proceed with reporting and payments.
· Support Payroll Operations by conducting controls and validations to ensure timely and accurate payments to colleagues.
· Support continuous improvements and initiatives related to payroll and payroll tax functions in the region.
· Support internal audits and external inquiries from Mexico Federal and State tax authorities.
· Create and maintain a repository of information and documentation (SOPs) as per company standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
· 5+ years of Mexico payroll and payroll tax work experience is required.
· 2+ years of proven experience in tax and regulatory matters for LAC (Mexico and preferably Argentina, Brazil, Chile).
· Knowledge of regulatory processes such as SS, ISN, ISR.
· Experience with SAP Payroll system or similar.
· Advanced proficiency in English.
· Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented.
· Ability to work under time constraints to meet deadlines.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Stakeholder management skills.
· Advanced level of English proficiency.
