What you'll do

1. Responsible for payroll processing, including calculations, quality checks, banking, and reporting.
2. Processes taxation, social security, and benefits administration. Ensures HR practices and policies comply with corporate standards, statutory regulations, and laws.
3. Coordinates and executes HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management.
4. Maintains data related to salaries, payroll taxes, and fringe allowances.
5. Handles inquiries from employees, HR, and other business teams.
6. Drives process continuous improvement, participates in projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR operations.
7. Supports internal and external audits.
