Job Title: Payroll SME with Portuguese – Experto en Nominas con Portugues

Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Edo. Mex.

Department: Payroll

Reports To: Payroll Lead

Mandatory:

  • Graduate - BA or equivalent.
  • 4 - 6 years of Payroll processing management experience in a large to mid-sized company.
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Solid foundation in Payroll & HR processing, with experience managing high volume processing.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and math principles.
  • Proficient with accounting software, database software, and Payroll & HR systems.
  • Strong team leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and foster relationships with peers, vendors, and other departments.
  • Experience managing payroll partners/vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Build to Gross in payroll for multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws across regions and maintain financial controls.
  • Resolve payroll errors promptly.
  • Train new and existing employees on Payroll & HR processes, review policies, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Handle escalations effectively.
  • Prepare and update SOPs and training materials.
