• Ensure service level agreements and obligations are met.
• Co-own development of standard operating procedures and drive standardization/simplification of processes.
• Provide input for training materials.
• Ensure SOPs and data protection activities comply with policies and law.
• Analyze and report on exceptions and offer process improvements.
• Lead sustainable continuous improvement for the team.
