A leading global technology supplier seeks a Payroll Manager to oversee operational and administrative payroll processes in Guadalajara. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local laws, manage employee payments, and improve payroll efficiency while guiding the payroll team’s development.

Coordinate and supervise all operational, administrative, human and financial processes of payroll services to the different business units through compliance with standards, policies and procedures established by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of quality and services, as well as profitability and productivity of each of the payroll processes.
