The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll leadership, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English to navigate global regulations and partner with senior leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll.
• Proven leadership experience managing a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of global payroll operations, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing payroll for a large and diverse employee base.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑regional payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll matters and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Recruit, develop, and manage team performance and provide necessary guidelines.
• Develop and maintain global payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and labor regulations.
• Drive process improvements and automation of payroll systems.
• Lead system implementations, testing, and optimization efforts.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to align plans and outcomes.
