A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Payroll and P&O Specialist to support the development of processes, coordinate data analysis, and manage payroll operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in payroll. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English. This hybrid position is located in Mexico and offers the chance to work with diverse teams in an inclusive environment.

  • Support evaluation of services, processes, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to P&O / Payroll Services projects.

  • Reconcile payroll, social security, and taxes.

Support the development of Payroll and P&O processes, principles, and guidelines for clients, as well as coordinate data analysis and evaluation, in support of the implementation and/or maintenance of processes / services / continuous improvement in Payroll.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope.
  • Contribute to P&O / Payroll Services projects
  • Preparing and reporting payroll payments for the month and annual/legal processes.
  • Calculation and/or review of terminations process
  • Preparation and reporting of Payroll Vendor updates
  • Payroll, social security, taxes reconciliation and follow-up
  • Elaboration of compliance controls, monthly reports to Stakeholders
  • Management of social security and third-party payments
  • Answer queries and guide associates on payroll doubts.
  • Physical administration file.
  • Management of face-to-face procedures before the IMSS and social security entities.
  • Attention / collection of information on SAT / IMSS audits.
  • Issuance of reports for financial and tax audits.
  • Receiving requirements (liens, official letters, etc.).
  • Track service requests and troubleshoots – analyze error messages and questions -Support periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives -Support personnel cost budgeting process and control.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, engineering and related areas.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years in the role
  • Technical Knowledges: Payroll, Social security, Audit, Taxes.
