Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to operate the payroll process derivate of WFM data of the front line based on assistances & payment codes rules, validate this for each country focusing on ensuring payments compliance with local legal guidelines and company policies, guaranteeing transition totally of inputs to Payroll Team.

Your Impact

  • Daily validation of schedules, punches, attendance accuracy against schedule, missed punches, and unscheduled time, including preventive control routines for payroll period closing.
  • Validate pay rules according to legal local guidelines based on attendance, executing each payment period in WFM ensuring data accuracy.
  • Execute reporting routines and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide workforce insights, supporting local leaders in decision-making and driving automation initiatives.
  • Ensure HR data in WFM is aligned with myHR and execute defined GCS controls to ensure compliance and integrity.
  • Document system errors, analyze root causes, determine their escalation (ticket issuance and follow-up or business review), and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
  • Identify opportunities to improve WFM-related processes through training and developing a culture with local teams aligned with standard model processes.
Qualifications

  • Experienced in generating activity reports and key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and committed to following established processes.
  • Basic knowledge of payment processes and attendance control.
