Data Entry and Billing Clerk

Central Transport, a Leader in LTL transportation for more than 90 years, is currently seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals who want to contribute to one of the US, Canada and Mexico’s important industries. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and the possibility of future professional roles within the organization.

This Billing position is ideal for those who prefer to work in the afternoons and evenings, with shorter, consistent shifts and no weekends. As an entry-level role, you will transfer data from shipping documents to Central Transport’s system in order to generate invoices. Once billing in Monterrey is mastered, future opportunities in professional roles in the United States could be available.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from shipping documents to Central Transport’s system to generate invoices.
• Enter data accurately into the designated system and support data verification.
• Assist in ensuring data integrity and accuracy of billing information.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English
• Excellent attendance
