HP in Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid) seeks a Payroll Analyst to support US payroll operations. You will ensure accurate, compliant processing aligned with federal and state regulations, and act as a liaison with HRIS, IT, Accounting and Tax teams.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in payroll, fluent English and Spanish, and strong Excel skills. Experience with ADP GlobalView is highly preferred, and your role will include process improvements and data integrity initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations across the United States. This role demands a solid understanding of U.S. labor, wage, and taxation laws and will play a key role in executing accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and partnering with internal teams on system enhancements, reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong proficiency in ADP GlobalView, advanced Excel and data analysis skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish. This position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
This role goes beyond payroll processing. You will serve as a strategic partner across the organization, implementing process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and external service providers. Your ability to manage recurring assignments while contributing to special projects and addressing complex developments will be essential to success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operationalizing payroll in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with U.S. payroll experience. You should be highly organized, deadline-driven, and motivated to proactively support compliance, and champion continuous improvement. A strong growth mindset, sense of ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit are key traits for thriving in this role.
