A leading company in the healthcare sector is looking for a Payroll Clerk to handle payroll processes and compliance with Mexican regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with proven experience in data management and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to all employees. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential, alongside bilingual capabilities.
Accountable for executing all the required processes to ensure the timely and accurate payment to all the company's employees in compliance with Mexican government regulations and policies.
Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees. Initiate payments timely through the bank payment system.
Calculate pay according to days worked, incorporating leaves and overtime, and calculate PTU & bonuses when appropriate.
Manage IMSS modifications, attention to IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements, management of variables, and the permanent authorization process.
Reconcile medical services (SUA). Assist with month, quarter, and year-end closing.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Prepare account analysis as requested. Print and issue pay slips in compliance with Mexican SAT regulations. Obtain payroll employee bank accounts and food coupons cards. Organize flyers and new employee orientations. Address employee inquiries.
Handle exception payment requests.
