• 5+ years in fintech, banking, or payments operations.
• Strong English and Spanish communication, written and verbal.
• Experience scaling operations post‑launch in fintech or payments.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own Yaydoo Payments Operations end‑to‑end, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, finance, and CX to improve flows.
• Define and implement scalable operating playbooks and controls.
• Lead regional LATAM expansion and multi‑business unit initiatives.
• Translate data and frontline learnings into strategic recommendations.
