About the Role:

Are you passionate about transforming patient experiences and driving innovative strategies? Join our team as the Patient Experience Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of patient engagement at Pfizer. You will focus on PSP programs strategy, creating and implementing strategies that enhance the patient journey and drive our Patient Support Programs (PSP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-create strategy with Marketing teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of key Patient Platform strategies with a mid- and long-term view.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process, from digital experience to patient journey and sales funnel strategy, identifying cross-portfolio opportunities.
  • Advocate for and implement agile methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Generate insights across customer and patient journeys to inform strategic decisions.
  • Serve as the program lead for patient experience and PSP strategy, implementing enhancements and new services.
  • Guide local patient omnichannel execution for brand teams and act as the product owner of PfizerConmigo (Platform).
  • Disseminate key messages across various channels and translate digital experience metrics into strategic insights.
  • Define metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Explore and lead innovative approaches to digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with Global Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure content is fit-for-purpose and can be localized effectively.
  • Partner with Digital & BiopharmaOps to lead the rollout of new global capabilities.
  • Develop local guidance on new channels aligned with global strategies.
  • Upskill commercial colleagues in go-to-market (GTM) enablement.
  • Act as a catalyst for agile methodologies and experimentation pilots.
Capabilities and Skills Needed:
  • Strong background in Marketing and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with Patient Support Programs.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in Brand Plans and Design Thinking.
  • Ability to generate and leverage Customer Insights.
  • Proven People Management skills.
  • Strong Project Management capabilities.
  • Analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
