Gracemark Solutions is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to support patients and healthcare consumers with professional, empathetic communication. The role involves high-volume calls, scheduling, and accurate data handling within EHR/CRM systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has call center experience, and demonstrates advanced English proficiency. A healthcare campaigns background is preferred and relocation or relocation support may be available for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Previous call center/contact center experience required.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and applications.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments across healthcare facilities and clinics.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, providers, locations, and procedures.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and registration details.
• Address customer concerns and resolve inquiries while maintaining patient satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in EHR, CRM, and other systems.
• Collaborate with clinics, providers, and internal teams to resolve patient needs.
• Follow contact center procedures and comply with HIPAA privacy regulations.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and service-level goals.
