Placements24 is seeking an organized Human Resources Intern to support the HR team in Acapulco, Guerrero. The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

You'll work both on-site and remotely, gaining practical experience, mentorship from HR professionals, and opportunities to contribute to HR initiatives and improve workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with preparation of HR reports and presentations.
• Organize employee events and engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to HR, such as answering queries.
• Learn and apply HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing and updating HR forms and templates.
• Contribute to special HR projects.
