You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and drive engagement. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a marketing-related degree, strong communication skills in Spanish, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM principles.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn new skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages.
• Support the development of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy and segmenting lists.
• Conduct keyword research and assist in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for our website.
• Help analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Create basic visual content (graphics, short videos) for digital platforms.
• Assist in managing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
