Parts & Accessories Trainee.

As Parts & Accessories Trainee you will support the function in accordance with the TCR documents and will be responsible for measuring and monitoring accessories and lifestyle products, managing accessory turnover by Retail vehicles, optimizing the gross margin on accessories, and supporting the execution of the marketing plan. This opportunity offers the chance to develop skills in business analytics, cost control, and cross-functional coordination within an organization dedicated to customer experience and innovation.

What awaits you?

  • Support the research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities; prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations for the business development team.
  • Act as a key support member in various business development projects; assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and status updates to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Engage with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and support collaboration on business development initiatives; verify information and assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing and analyzing data related to business development activities; prepare dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and support decision-making processes.
  • Support customer engagement efforts by assisting in the development of communication materials and responding to inquiries related to business development initiatives.
  • Help define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of development activities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, decisions, and outcomes; contribute to regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Aftersales and Parts & Accessories teams to align objectives, share insights, and optimize initiatives across functions.

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; relevant internships or projects considered.
  • Maximum 2 years in business development, sales, marketing, market research, or analytical roles (including internships or academic projects).
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences and work effectively in cross-functional teams and with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with basic data interpretation; ability to create reports/dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or entry-level BI tools.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects; comfortable with fast-paced environments.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in Aftersales and Parts & Accessories; open to structured training and potential rotations.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP concepts; basic exposure to market research, project management, and stakeholder engagement; knowledge of accessories or lifestyle products is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
