Partner Manager, Distributor

You will report to: Sales Manager

Workplace type: On-site

Located in: Tijuana and Mexicali

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and grow business at assigned accounts, exceed sales goals, and increase customer share.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and distributors to ensure resource efficiency.
  • Create business plans to grow sales and market share.
  • Coordinate activities within the sales organization and implement channel programs.
  • Manage distributor development and performance.
  • Analyze account requirements and develop plans to increase market share.
  • Resolve channel conflicts and measure distributor performance.
  • Support new product launches and promotional programs.
  • Coach distributor personnel and evaluate their competency.
  • Ensure high distributor capabilities to serve all customers in the assigned region.
Requisites
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; additional business experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful technical sales experience or graduate of Rockwell Automation Sales Training Program.
  • Experience with all levels of industrial automation plants.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel locally over 50% of the time.
