About the Client:

Our client is a growing mobile detailing business based in the U.S., known for providing high-quality vehicle detailing services. They specialize in services such as exterior and interior detailing, paint protection, and ceramic coatings. Their mission is to deliver convenience and excellence to customers at their location.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Part-Time Salesperson to handle inbound leads and convert them into booked appointments. This role requires excellent English skills, comfort with CRM tools, and the ability to follow and adapt a proven sales script. You will play a key role in helping customers understand their service options and close sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with new and past leads from Meta Lead Center and our CRM.
  • Close sales and upsell additional services (e.g., ceramic coatings)
  • Use the existing sales script as a base and tailor conversations as needed
  • Book appointments using a scheduling platform called Urable. (Schedule based on owner or employee availability)
  • Respond to incoming messages and comments on Facebook.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Experience using CRM.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with remote work and self-management
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with detailing services or automotive industry
  • Experience using Meta Lead Center, Urable, or similar platforms (scheduling and leads platforms).
