Part-time Recruiter (Call Center Agents and "Operational staff")

For my client, a rapidly growing FinTech, we are seeking an experienced Part-time Recruiter to support recruitment for call center agents and frontline staff.

The ideal candidate will have a background in BPO or call center environments and will be skilled in sourcing and selecting candidates for agent roles. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to help build a strong team of call center professionals.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in BPO, call center recruitment, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with high-volume recruitment and meeting monthly hiring targets.
  • Ability to work in a time zone similar to Mexico.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Implementing a monthly hiring plan to recruit 10-15 agents or operational staff.

  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Using creative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
