About the Role: We are hiring a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, mainly Transaction Desk management. The ideal candidate has real estate experience, is highly organized, and can handle legal and transaction documentation confidently. You will manage sensitive files, assist with closings, and ensure smooth transactions across platforms.

You will enjoy flexible hours, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize legal documents and transaction files in Transaction Desk
  • Input and update client and transaction data accurately
  • Maintain communication logs and update CRM systems
  • Assist with real estate administrative tasks (e.g., closing prep, pipeline updates)
  • Draft and send client introduction emails and manage document attachments
  • Work with the client to meet deadlines and reduce administrative workload
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Transaction Desk (deal-breaker)
  • Prior real estate industry experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail with legal/transaction documents
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
  • Good English communication skills (accent not a concern)
  • Reliable internet and power supply (city-based applicants preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible, part-time hours with potential for increased workload during busy times
