An established industry player seeks a dedicated Office Manager to join their dynamic team in Polanco. What you’ll be doing
As an important member of our team based in Polanco, you will provide customer-focused support, ensuring the seamless operation of the office and NZTE functions. By efficiently managing administrative tasks, you'll empower the team to concentrate on driving customer growth. You will provide operational support to the Trade Commissioner and the team, managing office logistics, handling invoice processes, overseeing team finances, and ensuring seamless payroll and budgeting support for the office. You will also be responsible for managing office vendor relationships, supporting IT related activities, local visit, event support and logistics.
What you’ll need to be successful
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role, and our ideal candidate will bring:
- Outstanding administrative service delivery – you bring value to the office by providing a world class service to NZTE.
- Having excellent and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure the team finances are completed. This includes payroll management, invoices, cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, asset management and internal and external audits are completed in a timely manner.
- With the addition of: - Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database software.
Please note this role has an internal title of Office Manager.
