About the Role: We are hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant (4 hours/day) to support lead management efforts with added responsibilities in communication, scheduling, and light social media tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in engaging with executive-level professionals.
Key Responsibilities: - Qualify and manage inbound leads
- Enter and maintain accurate CRM data
- Manage email communications and respond promptly to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments using Google Calendar and Calendly
- Support light social media tasks as needed (e.g., engagement or DM outreach)
- Monitor Facebook and LinkedIn messages and YouTube channel to identify potential leads and entering them into the CRM for future action.
Requirements: - Excellent written and spoken English
- Prior experience in lead management or administrative roles
- Strong familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Calendly
- Proactive, well-organized, and self-managed
- Comfortable communicating with high-level professionals
- Social media support experience
