About the Role:
We are hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant (4 hours/day) to support lead management efforts with added responsibilities in communication, scheduling, and light social media tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in engaging with executive-level professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and manage inbound leads
  • Enter and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Manage email communications and respond promptly to client inquiries
  • Schedule appointments using Google Calendar and Calendly
  • Support light social media tasks as needed (e.g., engagement or DM outreach)
  • Monitor Facebook and LinkedIn messages and YouTube channel to identify potential leads and entering them into the CRM for future action.

Requirements:
