A leading mental health platform is looking for passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologists to provide telehealth support. In this fully remote role, you will empower individuals through 60-minute video sessions tailored to their mental health needs. Collaboration with an internal clinical team is essential, and you’ll handle a variety of cases. A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology is required along with clinical experience. This position offers flexibility that complements existing jobs or practices.

Formación

• Minimum of 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching.

As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you'll have the opportunity to empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys — providing meaningful, one‑on‑one support through 60‑minute video sessions tailored to each client's unique goals and needs. This is a freelance, fully remote role that offers you the flexibility to choose your own schedule. It is an ideal way to complement your current job or private practice while joining a collaborative, mission‑driven global community.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
• Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
• Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence‑based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
• Minimum of 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree.
• Proficiency in English and your local language.
• Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles is preferred.
• Openness to occasional onsite work in Guadalajara if necessary.
