We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to join Landing's Legal team. This role sits within the Legal department and reports directly to the General Counsel, a member of Landing's executive team. You will support the day-to-day legal operations of a fast-growing, multi-jurisdiction rental platform — drafting and responding to legal correspondence, advising internal teams on compliance, reviewing and routing contracts for execution, and coordinating with outside counsel, insurance brokers, and government offices on active matters.
Successful candidates bring strong legal judgment, clear and precise writing, and the ability to translate legal risk into practical guidance for Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. Coordinate with outside counsel, insurance brokers, and government agencies on active legal and regulatory matters.
Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions that may affect company operations.
Assist in maintaining and updating internal legal documentation, templates, and process guidelines.
