Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking a Lead Operations V for the Painting Area on the second shift to oversee resources, schedule production, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience, advanced English, and strong cross-functional coordination, with Six Sigma/Lean/ERP knowledge and project leadership responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required, 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in project development at SBU Level.
• Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
• Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
• Project Management.
• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Set a daily production plan to achieve safety, quality and production goals and supervise employees to ensure performance.
• Detect area needs and take action.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
