The role requires Advanced English, program-level decision experience, and expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ERP to deliver process improvements and efficient production flows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in project development at SBU level.
• Experience in decision making at program level.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Set daily production plans to meet safety, quality and production goals; supervise work to ensure performance and productivity.
• Detect area needs.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
