As we grow in 2025 we're seeking a driven and talented Paid Social Media Buyer to help our clients achieve their goals and beyond!
The ideal candidate is not only fantastic at the technical aspects of paid social but also great at performance marketing – meaning, you can identify the biggest audience opportunities and quickly capitalize on them by formulating an effective media strategy, helping direct the creative team on the best hooks, angles, and messaging. People also like working with you because you're collaborative and innovative.

We’re looking for a true direct response performance marketer who specializes in video ads and can oversee the full funnel, from opportunity identification through audience targeting, media strategy, creative, conversion funnel, and technical optimization to fully capitalize on promising opportunities.
The scale potential is exciting: once a product is scaled on one platform, it can be replicated across others, managing upwards of $1.5M - $2M per month in spend. This requires strategic planning, disciplined execution, and organization.
How Will Your Time Be Spent?
Here’s an approximate breakdown of your responsibilities:
25% on Analysis: Analyzing campaign data to glean insights and inform strategy.
20% on Strategy: Identifying new opportunities, scaling campaigns, and testing new strategies.
50% on Execution: Managing and optimizing campaigns within paid social accounts.
5% on Creative: Collaborating with the creative team on performance data and creative testing briefs.
Requirements
Full Funnel Direct Response E-commerce Performance Marketer: Experience spanning strategy, media, creative, and conversion in video ads, branding, and image ads.
3-5 Years in DTC Paid Social: Managing $1M+ monthly ad spend on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, with bonus points for Snap and Pinterest.
Data Driven: Comfort with analytics platforms and data analysis for pattern detection and leveraging data science.
