A leading e-commerce growth agency is looking for a skilled ad buyer to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. The role includes conducting market research, developing ad creatives, and collaborating with internal teams. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience in paid social, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ad management tools. This is a fully remote, flexible position offering the chance to work with innovative brands.
Our team is looking for a strong ad buyer to support paid social efforts for our D2C ecommerce clients. The paid social ad buyer will develop and execute strategic plans for paid social campaigns across multiple social media platforms to meet client objectives and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new advertising opportunities and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and graphic designers, to develop creative and engaging ad copy and visual assets
Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns accordingly to improve conversion rates and ROI
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns
Manage ad budgets and optimize spending to ensure maximum return on investment
Stay up-to-date with industry changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in social media advertising
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in paid social preferably within e-commerce
In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms and best practices, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Pinterest Ads
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and effective ad campaigns
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in ad management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager
A strong portfolio of successful social media ad campaigns
Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
