Job summary

Autoliv is seeking an experienced professional to lead and coordinate the returnable packaging fleet for automotive components, automation cells, and service parts. You will drive program management, cost efficiency, and alignment with internal and customer standards while collaborating with packaging engineers, customers, and manufacturing plants.

You will manage build/delivery projects, track readiness, and mitigate risks early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of related experience.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Drives projects to schedule/budget.
• Clear communicator with suppliers, plants, logistics, and design; structured problem solving
• Travel readiness (5–20%); Spanish/English bilingual a plus for US/MX lanes

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the returnable packaging fleet for automotive components, automation cells, and service/aftermarket parts.
• Project manage build & delivery: charter, timeline, budget; track supplier/tooling readiness and shipping to suppliers/plants; escape risks early.
• Track deliveries to suppliers/plants and perform risk management.
• Coordinate maintenance, controls, and vendors; manage fleet size strategies for packaging assets.
• Coordinate integrator/3PL for kitting and site delivery.
• Plan and execute container availability for new launch and serial production.
• Plan launches/ECNs: phase-in/out plans, readiness at suppliers/plants, ramp-to-rate container availability.
• Bridge design, cost, and customer validation, ensuring alignment with budget targets
• Manage customer reimbursement activity for out-of-scope packaging usage
