Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in packaging development, project management, or packaging manufacturing operations.
In-depth knowledge of packaging materials and related test methods.
Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Packaging Development & Technical Specifications: translate concepts into accurate specs within SAP/PGSS, ensuring cost and quality feasibility.
Quality Assurance & Testing Validation: define and execute Master Test Plan; oversee First Production Runs to validate process capability.
Supplier Development & Procurement Partnership: collaborate with procurement to evaluate and qualify packaging suppliers.
Change Management & Technical Documentation: evaluate and document design changes; maintain BOMs and master data for quality systems.
Manufacturing Technical Support & Continuous Improvement: provide expert support to troubleshoot packaging line issues and drive CAPA to reduce total cost of ownership.
