Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with SAP and Power BI.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deploy supply chain transformation initiatives focused on transportation and procurement.
• Drive digitalization projects, process automation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage and support the implementation of logistics and procurement tools, including SAP and other digital platforms.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics using Power BI to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure successful transition from project phase to operational execution.
• Monitor transportation performance, master data quality, and supply chain efficiency.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and supplier claim recovery processes.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to standardize best practices and improve business processes.
