Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join the outpatient renal care team. You will analyze lab-work and educate patients and families on tailored nutrition plans. You will influence care through patient-centered counseling within an intimate outpatient environment.

You will build lasting relationships with patients and families, work with a supportive team, and may travel to multiple facilities as needed. A CARD score of 80% is required after training, with licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Completion of CARD competency after hire with 80%+ score.
• State licensure required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lab-work results and educate patients and families on dietary needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in outpatient settings.
• Be part of a collaborative team focused on patient-centered care.
• Possibly travel to multiple facilities and adapt schedules.
