Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis.

You will work under supervision with guidance from educators and senior staff, participate in patient and family education, and support quality improvement within the facility.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure and eligibility to practice.
• CPR/BLS certification current or recent.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform essential functions under supervision and with guidance from the Clinical Educator or RN leadership.
• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis sessions and document in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
• Deliver safe hemodialysis therapy and coordinate with the health care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
