Zusammenfassung

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 designation to provide and coordinate nephrology care for dialysis patients in a CAP program.

You will perform patient assessments, plan and implement care, document in the medical record, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe dialysis delivery and quality outcomes. Travel to training sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure in the applicable region.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience in nephrology or dialysis setting.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients and document data pre-, during-, and post-hemodialysis.
• Plan, implement, and adjust care per physician order and protocol.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and transplant options.
• Lead and collaborate with NPs, LVNs, and technicians for safe dialysis delivery.
• Ensure lab collections are performed and documented accurately.
